Milo Ventimiglia kept things simple for his 49th birthday, spending the day handling errands around Los Angeles rather than celebrating in any grand fashion.

The This Is Us star was photographed on Wednesday, July 8, going about his business in a casual ensemble. He wore a fitted navy short-sleeved button-up featuring a floral print, which he paired with olive cargo pants and brown lace-up boots. A silver watch and various items clipped to his pants completed the look, while his dark hair was styled neatly back.

Throughout the outing, Ventimiglia was seen walking the family dog and carrying a package across a parking lot. He paused to interact with the pup before moving along with his day.

The birthday outing comes on the heels of a major milestone for Ventimiglia and his wife Jarah Mariano. The couple recently announced the arrival of their second child together, a baby boy named Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia, who was born in June. They are also parents to daughter Ke'ala, born in January 2025. Ventimiglia and Mariano exchanged vows in September 2023.
