McKenna Grace and Mason Thames Mark His 19th Birthday With Intimate Acoustic Performance

McKenna Grace found a touching way to celebrate her boyfriend Mason Thames' milestone birthday.

The 20-year-old Ghostbusters: Afterlife star and the How to Train Your Dragon actor joined forces for an intimate acoustic rendition of Olivia Rodrigo's "honeybee," a track from her album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.

Grace posted the duet video to TikTok on Friday, July 10, in recognition of Thames' 19th birthday. She captioned the clip with a lyric from the song itself, writing, "everyone say happy birthday to a face I could spend my whole life knowin." The performance took place in front of a "Happy birthday" banner visible in the background.

The Five Nights at Freddy's 2 actress also shared a candid photo on her Instagram Story showing Thames in the passenger seat of a car. "Happy birthday to my best friend," she wrote across the image.

The pair previously celebrated Grace's own 20th birthday in February with an aquarium outing that included her parents. They also exchanged birthday tributes through photos from that occasion.

On the professional front, Thames recently completed work on How to Train Your Dragon 2, while Grace is set to appear in the upcoming film The Official Mistress alongside Paul Walter Hauser, who has also signed on for an unspecified role in Scooby-Doo: Origins.
