Kevin Spacey Attends Cannes Film Festival Premiere with Model Via Lemann

Kevin Spacey is making another appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, marking his second consecutive year attending the event.
The 66-year-old actor stepped out on the red carpet at the De Gaulle: Tilting Iron premiere on Wednesday, May 20, in Cannes, France, this time accompanied by model Via Lemann. The pair walked arm-in-arm through the carpet, smiling and posing for photographers together.
This year's appearance comes twelve months after Spacey attended the amfAR Cannes Gala, where he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. During that 2025 event, he delivered remarks addressing blacklisting in the entertainment industry, drawing parallels to historical precedent. "I've learned a lot from history — it often repeats itself," he stated. "The Blacklist was a terrible time in our history [we must remember] so that it never happens again."
Spacey's career trajectory shifted significantly beginning in 2017 when he faced accusations of sexual misconduct from multiple individuals. He has consistently denied the allegations. A $40 million civil lawsuit filed against him in New York was dismissed in 2022, and he was acquitted of nine counts of alleged sexual offenses in the United Kingdom in 2023. Earlier this year, he reached a settlement out of court with three men who had brought a civil case against him in the UK.
His presence at Cannes this week signals his continued participation in major international film events.
