Jack Osbourne Fires Back at Body-Shaming Headlines, Shares His Current Weight

Jack Osbourne is pushing back against recent headlines scrutinizing his physical appearance and health.
The 40-year-old, son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, took to video to express his frustration with media coverage labeling him as "sick," "grossly underweight," and facing a "health crisis."
"I cannot believe I'm having to actually make this," he said in the clip. "If I see one more article written about me saying how I'm 'sick,' I'm 'grossly underweight', [that I'm] 'health crisis Jack' … it's f–king insane."
Osbourne clarified that his appearance hasn't changed significantly since his stint on I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! "I've been the same f–king weight. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That's the only f–king difference," he explained.
He went on to detail his weight-loss journey, noting that three and a half years ago he weighed approximately 220 pounds and decided to make lifestyle changes. "I've been slowly but consistently losing weight for the last three and a half years," he shared.
At 5 foot 8 and a half inches tall and weighing 155 pounds, Osbourne maintains his current physique falls within a healthy range. "What's the big f–king deal? I'm 5 foot 8 and a half and 155 pounds. It is perfectly healthy," he stated.
The frustration extends to what he views as contradictory treatment from media and critics. "My entire life I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight, and the fact that I get down to a healthy weight, now I'm criticized even more? Get f–ked," he said.
Osbourne's sister Kelly has similarly faced body-shaming commentary from the public and press over the years.
