Dylan O'Brien Steps Out with Girlfriend Rachael Lange for NYC Evening Stroll

Dylan O'Brien is keeping things low-key with his girlfriend—at least most of the time.

The 34-year-old Send Help star stepped out for an early evening walk through New York City on Tuesday, May 19, alongside Rachael Lange, and the pair brought their dog along for the outing. The couple walked hand in hand through the city streets.

O'Brien dressed casually for the evening, sporting a sleeveless green shirt that highlighted his muscular build, paired with rainbow striped shorts. Lange, 28, kept her look simple with a Betty Boop T-shirt and black shorts.

The couple has been notoriously private about their relationship. Their romance first surfaced in January 2023 when they were photographed holding hands at Paris Fashion Week. That October, Lange shared intimate moments on Instagram, posting pictures of the two selecting pumpkins together and holding hands while walking through the woods.

Public appearances between the two remain uncommon. Most recently, they attended the 2026 Independent Spirit Awards in February, where O'Brien received a nomination for Best Lead Performance for his role in the film Twinless.

On the work front, O'Brien is set to collaborate with actor Hudson Williams on an upcoming thriller titled Apparatus, a project that was announced in March.
