Bee Shaffer Moves On With Broadway Producer Greg Nobile Following Split from Francesco Carrozzini

Bee Shaffer has reportedly found love again after the end of her marriage. The 38-year-old theatre and television producer—daughter of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour—is dating fellow Broadway producer Greg Nobile, according to reports.
The split between Shaffer and her husband Francesco Carrozzini came to light on May 15, just 11 days after the couple appeared together at the Met Gala. However, insiders suggest the separation occurred well before the public announcement.
"Bee has been separated for quite some time, and is moving forward with her life," a source revealed.
In their joint statement, Shaffer and Carrozzini explained the end of their decade-long relationship: "After ten wonderful years together, we have decided to separate. Although our career paths led us in different directions, we remain the very best of friends and devoted, committed parents to our son. This is the only statement we will make, and we respectfully ask for privacy."
Shaffer and Nobile's connection runs deep in the Broadway world. The pair collaborated on the 2023 revival of Parade, which earned them a Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical, as well as the 2025 revival of The Last Five Years.
Nobile heads Seaview, a production company with an impressive Broadway portfolio. The company currently has two productions on the Great White Way: Every Brilliant Thing and The Fear of 13.
